Montreal man smuggled guns through library straddling Canada-U.S. border: prosecutors

Alexis Vlachos retrieved handguns that had been left for him in the Haskell Library, which straddles the border in Derby Line, Vt., and Stanstead, Quebec, prosecutors said.
