Langley, BC (WNewsNetwork): Everyday, people get behind the world with their cell phones and are distracted by their phones while driving.

A New Campaign has been launched on GoFundMe which is rising $20,000 for a Documentary regarding Distracted Driving.

Jim Bugg started the campaign because he was a victim of Distraction Driving.

“My name is Jim Bugg and I’m a victim of a distracted driver. I know first hand what it means to suffer from the selfish actions of someone who felt they didn’t need to keep their eyes on the road and their full attention to driving their vehicle. I know first hand how a distracted driver can affect an entire family.” -GoFundMe Campaign Page

He’s hoping that he can share his story though a theatrical release and make awareness of the rising problem of DD around BC and Canada.
