A young woman who claims she was sexually assaulted in the residence room of a fellow University of B.C. student testified Monday that at the moment of the alleged rape she was in a state of disbelief.
“I couldn’t believe it was happening. All you hear are stories about friends of friends who have gone through it, and you imagine yourself in the situation, and what they could have done differently, and what you would have done differently in that situation,”
